ALEX'S LEMONADE STAND
Date:
6/10/06
Today, members attended the annual Alex's Lemonade Stand at the Penn Wynne Elementary School, which raises money for pediatric cancer. Members took Engine and Rescue 21 to the event for the community to see. We also took this opportunity to present the check for the money we won as part of the "Bring It On" Firefighters Challenge where we took 2nd place overall. The check totaled just over $3,000.00, which will goes towards this worthwhile cause. It was another successful event, on a beautiful day. We also would like to welcome back Private Feder, who just returned from basic training for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. Welcome home, brother!
