Just after midnight, LMFD was dispatched to I-76 for a vehicle fire. A FedEx tractor trailer caught fire. With a heavy fuel load and limited access to a water supply, several engines were called to the scene including Paoli's pumper-tanker and Penn Wynne's, Engine 21.

Penn Wynne firefighters arrived on scene along with other companies to assist with extinguishing the fire and removing the cargo from the FedEx trailer. Although the incident continued into the morning, Penn Wynne firefighters were released from the scene after the incident was placed under control; about 5:00am.
