Join us in celelbrating Independence day by taking part in the Penn Wynne Civic Associations Annual Parade and Carnival
Per the Penn Wynne Civic Association:
The parade will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 4th outside of the Penn Wynne-Overbrook Firehouse. Local children and families are welcome to participate, whether it be walking, biking, scooting, or riding in a wagon or stroller. Patriotic decorations are encouraged! If you wish to participate in the parade, please arrive by 9:45 a.m. to start lining up.
Following the end of the parade, there will be a fun fair at Penn Wynne Park (214 E. Manoa Road) from 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The carnival will feature music, cotton candy, bounce houses, and various games for which children can earn tickets to exchange for small prizes.
